Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on my return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, first contact Nicole at email@example.com describing the issue with your order. If the order arrived damaged, you will be asked to provide 2-4 images of the damaged item(s). Refund vs. store credit will be discussed once the images and initial contact have been reviewed.
To return, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Nicole will also provide instructions on how to properly package original artwork to prevent damage while shipping.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by me.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that if artwork is damaged upon return, a refund will not be issued; although, store credit may.
The following items cannot be returned:

● Original artwork must not be damaged upon return, otherwise a refund may not be issued.
