All items will be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted or communicated. In instances of customized pieces, items may be shipped up to 5-7 business days after purchase.
In instances of local delivery, items will be delivered to the address provided at check out 1-3 days after purchase unless otherwise arranged with the buyer. Please note at checkout if you would like your items delivered to another location.
All items will be shipped via USPS unless there are postal service issues. Tracking numbers will be provided in the shipping confirmation email or by Nicole separately.
If there is an issue with your order that prevents your purchase from being shipped or delivered on time, Nicole will be in touch with you directly via email.

There is a 14 day return policy from purchase date. Please contact Nicole at nicolesimmonsart@gmail.com if there is an issue with your order. Please note that if you are returning original artwork, Nicole will give instructions on the best way to return the piece without getting damaged.
Requirements for Return
- Please email Nicole at nicolesimmonsart@gmail.com with your issue.
- You will be asked to send pictures/images of the items being returned. If the item is defective, please make sure to document the area of defect and photograph it as well as the piece or product as a whole.
- Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the seller
- Refunds vs instore credit will discussed once the images and initial contact have been reviewed.
- Refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by Nicole
Damages:
If a painting or your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact Nicole immediately at nicolesimmonsart@gmail.com.
If an original piece is damaged upon return and was not reported in the original return correspondence, a refund is no longer applicable.
