Where do you ship?
Great question! I ship just about anywhere. The shipping policies are different, though, depending on where you live:
United States: Any order $75+ gets you free shipping. Any order from $0-$20 is $5 extra for shipping and $20-$75 is $10 extra for shipping.
Canada: Any order $100+ gets you free shipping. Any order $0-$100 is $35 extra.
International: Any order $200+ gets you free shipping. Any order $0-$100 is $35 and any order $100-200 is $45.
Do you customize orders?
I do not currently customize notecards, notebooks or other gift items unless specified in the product description.
Do you do painting commissions?
I am open for commissions certain times of the year. Sign up for my email list to get notified of the next opening date!
Do you sell prints?
Yes! Please check my prints page to see what I currently have in stock.
If a print is not available on the page, but you are still interested in one, please contact me and we can work it out!
Do you sell any gift iftems?
Yes! Please check my gifts page to see what I have in stock.
Additionally, I sell on FineArtAmerica.com and there are several other options (towels, shower curtains, mugs, etc.) with my work on them.
What is your return policy?
There is a 30 day return policy from purchase date. Please contact Nicole at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is an issue with your order. Please note that if you are returning original artwork, Nicole will give instructions on the best way to return the piece without getting damaged.
Requirements for Return
Please email Nicole at email@example.com with your issue.
2-4 pictures/images of the items being returned. If the item is defective, please make sure to document the area of defect and photograph it as well as the piece or product as a whole.
Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the seller
Refunds vs in-store credit will discussed once the images and initial contact have been reviewed.
Refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by Nicole
If a painting or your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact Nicole immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an original piece is damaged upon return and was not reported and documented in the original return correspondence, a refund is no longer applicable.
